This 2004 acura mdx runs great and is super comfortable. My wife bought a neighbor's suv so we no longer drive this vehicle and its time to let it go. The tires are 9 months old and have very low miles (like new, see photos). It had a valve job a couple years ago and new plugs. In the last 1-3 years, i've had a mechanic replace the shocks/struts, engine mounts, power steering pump, battery and service the ac. I run mobile 1 synthetic oil and typically bosch filters and change the oil every 3-4k miles. I personally replaced the transmission fluid, transfer case fluid and differential fluid at about 130k miles. It has some expected wear and tear. There is some fading on the paint in the front. The passenger rear window is stuck in the up position (needs a new motor). The console screen has developed a big black dot. It is very reliable and still has a lot of life in it.
